Financial and HR Administration

Finance department is responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the foundation.  This will include the tracking of all transactions and the management of SEHCF funds.

The finance department is also responsible for management of the Foundation’s cashflow and ensuring there are enough funds available to meet the day to day payments.

The aim of the Human Resources department is to ensure that the St. Eustatius Health Care Foundation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims
